01What This Service Is

Steep roofs, tall buildings, storm-compromised structures — some documentation can't be gathered safely or completely from a ladder. FAA-certified sUAS flight puts inspection-grade imagery on every slope, elevation, and detail, safely and repeatably.

Thermal imaging adds what the eye can't see: temperature anomalies that flag potential moisture in roof assemblies and building envelopes. The thermography work is ITC certified and follows recognized methodology — flown at the right conditions, interpreted with the physics in mind.

One thing stated plainly, because credibility depends on it: thermal imaging is indicative, not conclusive. It is not an x-ray. Anomalies identify where to investigate — verification comes from moisture meters and direct inspection. Reports state exactly that, which is why they hold up when challenged.

Aerial Imagery Set

Thermal imagery with interpretation: identified anomalies, the conditions they were captured under, and the follow-up verification each one calls for.

Findings Memo

What the imagery documents, what it suggests, and what it cannot establish — limitations stated plainly, which is exactly what makes it usable under scrutiny.
