01What This Service Is

Most property claim disputes live inside the estimates. One estimate omits the tear-out behind the walls; another prices a full replacement where a repair is supportable; a third carries quantities no measurement backs up. Estimate review puts a trained, certified set of eyes on the document itself — line by line.

The review tests each line against four questions: is the scope complete for the documented damage, is the methodology correct for the material and trade, are the quantities supported by measurements, and does the pricing logic hold up. Findings cite the reference that supports them — IICRC standards, manufacturer instructions, Xactimate conventions, and measured reality.

This is a technical review, not claim negotiation. The deliverable tells you what the estimate gets right, what it misses, and what the evidence supports — whether the estimate under review is a carrier's, a contractor's, or an opposing expert's.
