Property inspections, appraisal assignments, umpire panel work, drone and thermal imaging, and site documentation are handled in person. Travel assignments are accepted wherever the property is — scheduling and travel terms are confirmed in the written engagement.
Xactimate estimate preparation and review, restoration protocol consulting, litigation support workups, and technical file review are regularly delivered fully remote — built from the file's photos, measurements, reports, and documentation.
Many engagements combine both: an on-site inspection to capture the evidence, then remote estimating, analysis, and reporting. The scope call determines what the assignment actually needs.
